  My sister called for my niece,who passed away today, but they wouldn't help because her Father who passed 20+ years ago, owed money for his services. My question is why does this matter and what does it have do with us, we aren't related to her Father and have no obligation for his bill. A funeral home showing true compassion for a family who just lost a loved one. You've lost our business, when we've utilized your facility for many many years. I'll let everyone know how we were treated.
